Weight 155.2 lbs I didn’t do much exercise today either,  I ate pretty unhealthy, and I’m still having the mysterious heart burn/chest burning problem. HealthyWage Challenge Day 33

Weight 155.4 lbs I didn’t exercise today. I will probably do some exercise tomorrow. I just ate a brunch and dinner today. Also, my chest or something has been hurting the last few days if I take a big gulp of water or if I’m eating something. I’m not sure what that’s all about, but I hope it doesn’t persist for very long. I took some TUMS today; so, I hope that helps resolve the issue. Join me in the HealthyWager! HealthyWage Challenge Day 21 (Weekly Pics In Post)

Weight 156.8 lbs.                       I guess the 13 mile run yesterday got me back down to 156.8 lbs again. However, I decided to eat some more junk food today; I got a caramel mocha frozen colada with whipped cream on top from Dunkin’ Donuts. It was delicious; I’m sure it had a world of sugar in it. Also, I only ran 6.5 miles today. I couldn’t bring myself to do too much more than that after yesterday’s run. I think I will do 8 miles tomorrow and my strength circuit....
