HealthyWage Challenge Day 9

It was a successful  day in my HealthyWager quest. I  am down to 159.8 lbs for a total weight loss of 5.6 lbs. If I maintain that weight through the weekend; then, I will also have met my goal for this week which was to weigh 160 lbs or less next Monday. I stepped the run up 2.5 miles from my previous longest run. Today I ran 54  minutes, for a total of 6.5 miles. Today’s Exercise: The same Anderson Ab workout that I’ve been doing.
