HealthyWage Challenge Day 7

Well, I have completed 1 week. I am down to 162.2 lbs for a total weight loss of 3.2 lbs. I don’t think the difference is noticeable, but I posted a comparison of the starting and current pictures; you can be the judge. Today’s Exercise: The same Anderson Ab workout that I’ve been doing. Weight: 162.8 I gained 6 lbs back after that HUGE supper last night. I  am now at 162.8 lbs which would make for a total weight loss of 2.6 lbs to date. HealthyWage Challenge Day 5

Weight: 156.8 I was I about 6 lbs lighter when I weighed myself at my usual time (after breakfast) this morning. I was down to 156.8 lbs which would make for a total weight loss of 8.6 lbs to date. That was a huge loss overnight though; so, I think maybe it is because I had a few hours less sleep, or I didn’t have as much water. I just wanted to share this song. I think it is good inspiration. You can’t waste your time worrying about rumors. People will always talk, and often times what you imagine they are saying or thinking when they aren’t talking is worse than what they do have to say. So, you just have to adopt that attitude that you are too busy fulfilling your own agenda to worry about the rumors. Running Episode 1

I hear an under water cell phone music vibe. It is slowly amplifying…at the pace that I’m shuffling. I begin looking around.
