That Girl In the Park

I saw her in the park
Scooping doodie in a baggie.
A service to society,
Her duty with the baggie.
Thank you Maggie;
Service received gladly.
But the diva shades and leggings,
That's what really had me.
With her long straight hair,
She was looking bad; see, ...
I got my players jog on,
I shuffled by and said I "hello".
She smiled a surprised smile and said, "Hi".

HealthyWage Challenge Day 11

Weight: 160.2 I maintained at 160.2 lbs today. I also ran a new high mileage for this challenge at 8.5 miles or 68 minutes. I’ve been running pretty regularly through this challenge; I guess that makes me runner once again. Today, I saw a great blue herring flying on my run. It was like a glide, but it did flap its huge wings a few times. It was beautiful. I also saw a tree taking a leak. I don’t know what was up with that. It had an apron around its trunk, and there was a hole in that apron, and water was just pissing...

HealthyWage Challenge Day 10

Today, I weighed in at 160.2 lbs. It was a small gain, but that’s to be expected. I don’t expect to continuously lose weight every day. My body is probably trying to achieve some type of homeostasis or balance. Today is also my strength day in my exercise program. As an advancement in my program, I added some back exercises to my routine. Also, I was feeling very Positive during and after my workout. For some reason, the runs that I’ve been doing have been very healing mentally. I consider them meditative. Even though my mind chatter persists, the constant changing scenery usually...

This Orb's Transcending the norm:

Storming with Transformation,
Conglomeration, Amalgamation.
Participating in innovation.
Creating space within patience
To ease with vibrations
The steady Uncertainty
That’s restraining Creation.
