Transformation

The Orb's in Orbit.
Each round absorbing
That mass ENERGY
That's distorting ProPortIon.
Transforming.
Brighter, more Brilliant,
Boss Status; the Foreman.
This Orb's Transcending the norm:
Transforming.
Storming with Transformation,
Conglomeration, Amalgamation.
Participating in innovation.
Creating space within patience
To ease with vibrations
The steady Uncertainty
That’s restraining Creation.
Transformation.

HealthyWage Challenge Day 9

It was a successful  day in my HealthyWager quest. I  am down to 159.8 lbs for a total weight loss of 5.6 lbs. If I maintain that weight through the weekend; then, I will also have met my goal for this week which was to weigh 160 lbs or less next Monday. I stepped the run up 2.5 miles from my previous longest run. Today I ran 54  minutes, for a total of 6.5 miles. Today’s Exercise: The same Anderson Ab workout that I’ve been doing. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it. 6.5 mile run QTY 50 ea. Boxing Crunches (see Day 3 for...

Habitat of Creation

You can lie gently on top of your bed covers, And hope that you don’t mess them up. Every night you will sleep in fear Worrying about restricting your motions as you sleep, If you sleep. And Every morning, Your success will be simply defined by smoothing your lightly wrinkled sheets. Or, you can throw the sheets off of the bed, Or sleep under them. Every night, not worried about the future, You can roll around free Immersed in your dreams. Every morning, you will wake up with a greater Opportunity for Success. You can create a New bed. Create a habitat of creation.  ...

HealthyWage Challenge Day 6

Weight: 162.8 I gained 6 lbs back after that HUGE supper last night. I  am now at 162.8 lbs which would make for a total weight loss of 2.6 lbs to date. I am still ahead of pace, and I put in a good day’s workout today. Even if I only lose 1 pound a week, I will meet my goal of 16 pounds 2 months ahead of schedule. Join me in the HealthyWager! This challenge lets you make a personal weight loss bet. You can experiment with different bets and prizes – just plug in your goal, time frame and the amount of...

HealthyWage Challenge Day 5

Weight: 156.8 I was I about 6 lbs lighter when I weighed myself at my usual time (after breakfast) this morning. I was down to 156.8 lbs which would make for a total weight loss of 8.6 lbs to date. That was a huge loss overnight though; so, I think maybe it is because I had a few hours less sleep, or I didn’t have as much water. Anyway, I ate a HUGE supper; so, I think I’ll be back close to my starting weight tomorrow. On a better note, I ran a successful 5K race today in 22 minutes and 41 seconds. Join me in the...
