HealthyWage Challenge Day 15

Weight: 159.8 I gained a couple of pounds back; I somewhat expected that. I had a couple of sugar drinks yesterday, and also I had a large weight loss the day prior. I had one more sugar drink today (75 grams in a can). That is even worse than yesterday. Plus, it was 2 for 1. I have another in the fridge. I am gonna try my best to save that as a reward for meeting a goal. My goal is to weigh 156 lbs next Monday. Today, I ran 8.5 miles or 68 minutes again. I also did the ab workout...
