Weight 153  lbs I skipped a day on this log, and I’m going back to posting these updates in the evening. It turns out that it’s harder for me to keep track when I post the next morning. Anyway, I lost a pound. I jogged 4 miles again yesterday. I ate a Panera bread sandwich, chips and unsweetened tea for dinner yesterday, but I ate it pretty early; so, maybe that panned out for me. HealthyWage Challenge Day 82

Weight 153  lbs I forgot to post yesterday’s stuff, but I think I ran 10 miles. I ate the normal type of thing for breakfast and lunch, and for dinner I pigged out at a cookout (2 cheeseburgers, a hot dog, potato chips, macaroni salad, 3 Beers, and 2 sodas, “Dirt” the dessert, a caramel brownie, and a regular brownie). Weight 155 lbs I think I’m going to start posting these 1 day behind schedule. Then, I can just post them every morning instead of trying to wait after the last thing I eat or drink at night.
