Weight 154.6 lbs Today was my strength day. I also played some ukulele in the library for 2 hours. It didn’t really feel like a lot of exercise to do that, but it was hot. We played pretty calm song, but if you really jam out on the ukulele (or on any instrument), I’m sure it burns quite a bit of calories. Slowly

Slowly, the words rush out of me.
The doubt that's been crowding me;
Slowly, is breaking down in me.
