HealthyWage Challenge Day 9

It was a successful  day in my HealthyWager quest. I  am down to 159.8 lbs for a total weight loss of 5.6 lbs. If I maintain that weight through the weekend; then, I will also have met my goal for this week which was to weigh 160 lbs or less next Monday. I stepped the run up 2.5 miles from my previous longest run. Today I ran 54  minutes, for a total of 6.5 miles.

Today’s Exercise:

  • The same Anderson Ab workout that I’ve been doing. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • 6.5 mile run
  • QTY 50 ea. Boxing Crunches (see Day 3 for a description)

Today’s Diet:

Breakfast:

  • 1 Bowl of Quaker Maple Oatmeal Squares with strawberries and whole milk
  • 1 Glass of whole milk

Lunch:

  • 1 Bacon/Pork Burger with a side of edamame
  • 1 Cup of Green Tea unsweetened
  • 1 Cup of Water

Dinner:

  • 1 Turkey Burger with a side of onions and peppers
  • 1 Cup of Green Tea unsweetened
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
