Today’s Exercise:

Breakfast:

  • Cheerios cereal mixed with some sort of healthy cereal with 2% milk
  • Glass of 2% milk
  • 3 Oreos

lunch:

  • chicken nuggets
  • sweet potato fries
  • Brussels sprouts
  • 2 Carrots
  • 3 oreos
  • water

Dinner:

  • 2 pulled pork sandwiches
  • 2 slices of watermelon
  • Bush’s Baked beans
  • 3 Oreos
  • Cranberry juice
