Today’s Exercise:

Breakfast:

  • Cheerios cereal mixed with some sort of healthy cereal with 2% milk
  • Glass of 2% milk

lunch:

  • 2 Large chicken fajitas (chicken, peppers, onions, rice, cheese, and salsa on a soft shell)
  • water

Dinner:

  • chicken nuggets
  • sweet potato fries
  • Brussels sprouts
  • pineapple chunks
  • mango chunks
  • cucumber slices
  • carrot sticks
  • Cranberry juice
