HealthyWage Challenge Day 120

Weight: 159 lbs.

I ran another 2 hours today. That’s 3 days in a row. I’m not sure why I felt like this would be a good idea. I think I just wanted to prove to myself I am capable of a lot more than I think. However, after 3 days my legs feel terrible, and it is not really good for weight loss either. I eat too much food to try to recover from the run. Also, I don’t think it would be good for weight loss even if I didn’t eat too much because my body would still be in shock and not want to burn calories.

Today’s Exercise:

  • QTY 1 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • 2 hour jog
  • QTY 3 ea. sets of QTY 40 ea. push-ups

Breakfast:

  • A bowl of Trix cereal with whole milk
  • A glass of whole milk
  • two cups of black coffee

lunch:

  • A cup of chicken noodle soup
  • Peatnut butter, sardines and Saltines
  • A banana
  • A carton of Guava Nectar
  • Water

Dinner:

  • A carton of Guava Nectar
  • A piece of fish
  • Fried okra and salsa
