Well, I have completed 1 week. I am down to 162.2 lbs for a total weight loss of 3.2 lbs. I don’t think the difference is noticeable, but I posted a comparison of the starting and current pictures; you can be the judge.

Today’s Exercise:

  • The same Anderson Ab workout that I’ve been doing. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • 4 mile run
  • QTY 40 ea. Boxing Crunches (see Day 3 for a description)
  • QTY 25 ea. Body weight squats

 

 

 

Today’s Diet:

Breakfast:

  • 1 Bowl of Quaker Maple Oatmeal Squares with strawberries and whole milk
  • 1 Glass of whole milk

Lunch:

  • 1 Honey crisp Apple
  • 1 Gatorade protein bar
  • 1 Cup of Green Tea unsweetened
  • 1 Cup of Water

Dinner:

  • A plate of the rigatoni pasta with marinara sauce (I go heavy on the sauce) and a bacon/pork burger
  • 1 Cup of Green Tea unsweetened
  • 1 Cup of Water
