Today’s Exercise:

  • QTY 1 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • 4  mile jog

Breakfast:

  • A bowl of cocoa cheerios cereal with strawberries and whole milk
  • A glass of whole milk
  • A cup of unsweetened green tea
  • Water

Lunch:

  • A bowl of oats and more cereal with strawberries and milk
  • A glass of whole milk

Dinner:

  • Chicken Tenders
  • Cracked Pepper Brussels Sprouts
  • A glass of whole milk
  • Sweet Tea
