HealthyWage Challenge Day 109

Weight: 152.4 lbs.

Today was a pretty complete day. It had its share of positives and a few negatives. I did some exercise, and I exercised the option to partake in vices. I received and embraced some opportunities with gratitude, and perhaps I missed few opportunities. So, overall, it was a pretty complete day, and I’m pretty happy about that. I can’t sweat the missed opportunities; I just have to keep playing.

Today’s Exercise:

  • QTY 2 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 2 ea sets of QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • QTY 8 ea pull-ups
  • 4  mile jog

Breakfast:

  • A bowl of cocoa cheerios cereal with strawberries and milk
  • A glass of milk
  • A cup of unsweetened green tea
  • Water

Supper:

  • taco salad
  • Water

Dessert:

  • A McDonald’s Sweet tea
