HealthyWage Challenge Day 108

Weight: 151.4 lbs.

Today was pretty similar to yesterday, but I got home late and didn’t feel like making dinner; so, I ate another bowl of cereal. Another positive, is that I went another day without any sweets. That is a good accomplishment for me.

Today’s Exercise:

  • QTY 1 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • 4  mile jog

Breakfast:

  • A bowl of cocoa cheerios cereal with raspberries and milk
  • A glass of milk
  • A cup of unsweetened green tea
  • Water

Lunch:

  • Half of a kielbasa
  • A cucumber
  • Some cherry tomatoes
  • Wasabi peas
  • Water

Dinner:

  • A bowl of oats and more cereal with strawberries and milk
  • A glass of milk
  • Water
