HealthyWage Challenge Day 107

Weight: 152.6 lbs.

I forgot to log yesterday, but I’ve been working my way back down in weight after eating a lot of junk food in prior days. I also didn’t eat any sweets today (or what I consider sweets anyway).

Today’s Exercise:

  • QTY 1 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • 4  mile jog

Breakfast:

  • A bowl of oats and more cereal with blueberries and milk
  • A glass of milk
  • Water

Lunch:

  • Taco salad
  • Water

Dinner:

  • Half of a kielbasa
  • some strawberries
  • a cucumber
  • unsweetened tea
  • Water
