Weight: 156.4 lbs.

I gained some weight back from eating a lot of junk food lately.

Today’s Exercise:

  • QTY 1 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • 4  mile jog

Breakfast:

  • A bowl of oats and more cereal with raspberries and milk
  • A glass of milk
  • Water

Lunch:

  • A hot dog
  • wasabi peas

Dinner:

  • A row of Oreos
  • A large black coffee
  • Taco salad
  • Water
