I gained some weight back from eating a lot of junk food lately.
Today’s Exercise:
- QTY 1 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
- 4 mile jog
Breakfast:
- A bowl of oats and more cereal with raspberries and milk
- A glass of milk
- Water
Lunch:
- A hot dog
- wasabi peas
Dinner:
- A row of Oreos
- A large black coffee
- Taco salad
- Water
