Weight: 156.8

I was I about 6 lbs lighter when I weighed myself at my usual time (after breakfast) this morning. I was down to 156.8 lbs which would make for a total weight loss of 8.6 lbs to date. That was a huge loss overnight though; so, I think maybe it is because I had a few hours less sleep, or I didn’t have as much water. Anyway, I ate a HUGE supper; so, I think I’ll be back close to my starting weight tomorrow. On a better note, I ran a successful 5K race today in 22 minutes and 41 seconds.

Breakfast:

  • 1 Bowl of Quaker Maple Oatmeal Squares with Black Raspberries and Milk

  • 1 Cup of Green Tea

Lunch:

  • A quarter watermelon

Supper:

  • Texas Roadhouse
    • 2 and half Sweet Teas
    • 2 cinnamon butter rolls
    • a good portion of a blooming onion
    • a cup of chili
    • a cup of green beans (with bacon and onions)
    • half rack of ribs

Dessert:

  • 1 Large cup of iced black coffee
