Today’s Exercise:

  • QTY 1 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 7 ea. sets of QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • 7  mile jog

Breakfast:

  • 1 and a half rows of Oreo double stuf cookies.
  • Some chopped pineapples
  • A glass of milk

Lunch:

  • A cheesesteak sub with fried onions, peppers, and Tabasco sauce
  • french fries
  • 5 Budweisers

Dinner:

  • A hot dog
  • wasabi peas
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • half gallon of turkey hill lemon tea.
