HealthyWage Challenge Day 100

This post is from yesterday. I was pretty busy driving around, but I didn’t do a whole lot of exercise

Today’s Exercise:

  • QTY 1 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • 4 mile jog

Breakfast:

  • Cocoa Cheerios cereal with whole milk and bueberries
  • A glass of whole milk
  • 2 cups of  black coffee

Lunch:

  • 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins a hash brown and 2 sweet teas

Dinner:

  • Cocoa Cheerios cereal with whole milk and bueberries
  • A glass of whole milk
  • A large iced caramel mocha macchiato  from Starbucks.
