This post is from yesterday. I started watching “Cool Hand Luke” and forgot to post my update.

 

Today’s Exercise:

  • QTY 1 ea. of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 8 ea. leg, leg stabilization exercises
  • 6 mile jog
  • QTY 1 ea. of the Anderson Ab workout.

Breakfast:

  • “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with whole milk and blackberries
  • A glass of whole milk
  • 2 cups of  black coffee

Lunch:

  • A hot dog, bbq baked beans, and spicy chili carrots
  • A cup of herbal tea (unsweetened)

Dinner:

  • 2 jalapeno chicken lean pockets
  • A cup of herbal tea with honey
  • Water
