Today’s Exercise:
- QTY 1 ea. of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
- QTY 8 ea. leg, leg stabilization exercises
- 6 mile jog
- QTY 1 ea. of the Anderson Ab workout.
Breakfast:
- “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with whole milk and blackberries
- A glass of whole milk
- 2 cups of black coffee
Lunch:
- A hot dog, bbq baked beans, and spicy chili carrots
- A cup of herbal tea (unsweetened)
Dinner:
- 2 jalapeno chicken lean pockets
- A cup of herbal tea with honey
- Water
