I got a new scale…game on. I weighed 154.6 lbs, and I was expecting to weigh more; so, that’s not bad.

- 4 mile jog

- “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with Whole milk and blackberries
- 2 cups of black coffee
- peanut butter and sardines on Saltines (1 can and a half sleeve)
- 2 Yerba Mate pints of tea (56 grams of sugar)
Dinner: (Was Delicious … lunch was good, but dinner… Delicious)
- Pasta Shells and meat sauce with shredded spicy cheese on top
- A glass of whole milk
