Weight: 154.6 lbs

I got a new scale…game on. I weighed 154.6 lbs, and I was expecting to weigh more; so, that’s not bad.

Today’s Exercise:

  • QTY 1 ea. of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • 20 hypers (back exercise)
  • QTY 8 ea. (8 ea. leg) leg stabilzation exercises
  • 4 mile jog
  • QTY 1 ea. of the Anderson Ab workout.

 

Breakfast:

  • “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with Whole milk and blackberries
  • 2 cups of  black coffee

Lunch:

  • peanut butter and sardines on Saltines (1 can and a half sleeve)
  • 2 Yerba Mate pints of tea (56 grams of sugar)
  • water

Dinner: (Was Delicious … lunch was good, but dinner… Delicious)

  • Pasta Shells and meat sauce with shredded spicy cheese on top
  • A glass of whole milk
