HealthyWage Challenge Day 91

Scale’s still broken, but I was a little bit healthier today (maybe); I didn’t eat out (but I drank a half gallon of sweet tea) and I did some push-ups.

Today’s Exercise:

  • 4 mile jog
  • QTY 7 ea. of QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • QTY 1 ea. of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.

Breakfast:

  • “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with chocolate coconut milk and strawberries
  • 2 cups of  black coffee

Lunch:

  • A hot dog and BBQ baked beans
  • water

Dinner:

  • Chicken and a whole wheat eggo waffle with strawberries and honey
  • Half gallon of Turkey Hill peach tea (I have a problem with moderation)
  • Water
