HealthyWage Challenge Day 89

Weight 151.6???

I think I broke the scale. I guess I will have to wait while to check my weight. I will just have manage my eating and exercise better now that I can’t weight myself to determine how badly I regressed.

Yesterday’s Exercise

  • 2 mile walk

Breakfast:

  • McDonald’s Big Breakfast with Hotcakes
  • 2 sweet teas

Supper:

  • A piece of fried cod with vinegar
  • Spinach with garlic, salt, and a splash of vinegar
  • 2 Yerba Mate teas (56 grams of sugar total)
