HealthyWage Challenge Day 85

Weight 154  lbs

I ran 4 miles and did some strength exercises. It was nice weather out. Other than that, I have nothing special to add.

Yesterday’s Exercise (not in order performed)

  • jogged 4 miles
  • QTY 8 sets of QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • QTY 1 ea. of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 4 ea. set of QTY 25 ea. body weight squats

Breakfast:

  • “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with milk and strawberries
  • A glass of whole milk
  • 2 cups of  black coffee

Lunch: 

  • A hotdog, Bush’s BBQ baked beans with cheese on top
  • Water

Dinner:

  • Taco meat on lettuce, with cheese, BBQ sauce, and a few olives
  • 1 cup of tea with honey in it
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
  • water
