I ran 4 miles and did some strength exercises. It was nice weather out. Other than that, I have nothing special to add.
Yesterday’s Exercise (not in order performed)
- jogged 4 miles
- QTY 8 sets of QTY 40 ea. push-ups
- QTY 1 ea. of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
- QTY 4 ea. set of QTY 25 ea. body weight squats
Breakfast:
- “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with milk and strawberries
- A glass of whole milk
- 2 cups of black coffee
Lunch:
- A hotdog, Bush’s BBQ baked beans with cheese on top
- Water
Dinner:
- Taco meat on lettuce, with cheese, BBQ sauce, and a few olives
- 1 cup of tea with honey in it
- 1 Glass of whole milk
- water
