I ran 1 hour today, but I didn’t eat a healthy dinner. I posted a pic for this week, but I’m not sure if I really have made progress since the last pic.

Today’s Exercise 

  • 1 hour jog
  • QTY 4 ea. sets of 7 ea. chin-ups
  • QTY 2 ea. sets of QTY 20 ea. hypers (a back exercise)
  • QTY 2 ea. of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.

Breakfast:

  • “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with milk and blueberries
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
  • water

Lunch: 

  • 1 BBQ chicken thigh and a cucumber
  • water

Dinner:

  • 1 large beer and 1 small beer (Beach Break apricot wheat) it was pretty good tasting
  • A shrimp po’ boy and fries (delicious) – from Buffalo Wild Wings
