HealthyWage Challenge Day 74

Today was super muggy. I did one extra set of push-ups today, but I was lazy when it came to the squats. However, my arms don’t really get sore from doing these push-ups and my legs do get worn out from running. I probably should be trying to build up my core strength more than my arm strength. They say it is kind of like building a house. You have to build the foundation first.

Today’s Exercise 

  • 4 mile jog
  • QTY 9 ea. sets of QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • QTY 3 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 30 ea. boxer’s crunches
  • QTY 3 ea. set of QTY 20 ea. hypers (back exercise)

 

Breakfast:

  • “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with milk and blueberries
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
  • 2 cups of black coffee

Lunch: 

  • 1 steak
  • peppers and onions
  • a cup of unsweet green tea
  • water

Dinner:

  • 2 beers (called numero uno)
  • a chicken shwarma wrap
  • 2 slices of pickle and 2 olives
  • A side of french fries
