Today was my easy day.
Today’s Exercise
- 4 mile jog
- QTY 2 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
- QTY 2 ea. set of QTY 20 ea. hypers (back exercise)
Breakfast:
- “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with milk and blueberries
- 1 Glass of whole milk
- 2 cups of black coffee
Lunch:
- Half of a bagged salad (the salad said it had for servings) it had lettuce, cabbage
- I put chili on top of the salad today, and some salsa. (it was good the salad wasn’t leafy, it was slaw straw style)
- 1 banana
- a cup of unsweet green tea
- water
Dinner:
- 1 banana
- 2 eggos with peanut butter
- a cup of unsweet green tea
- water
