Today was my easy day.

Today’s Exercise 

  • 4 mile jog
  • QTY 2 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 2 ea. set of QTY 20 ea. hypers (back exercise)

Breakfast:

  • “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with milk and blueberries
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
  • 2 cups of black coffee

Lunch: 

  • Half of a bagged salad (the salad said it had for servings) it had lettuce, cabbage
  • I put chili on top of the salad today, and some salsa. (it was good the salad wasn’t leafy, it was slaw straw style)
  • 1 banana
  • a cup of unsweet green tea
  • water

Dinner:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggos with peanut butter
  • a cup of unsweet green tea
  • water
