HealthyWage Challenge Day 72

Weight 154 lbs

I’m making some ground back. However, I am feeling hungry right now and I already ate dinner. I guess that means my metabolism is working. Today, I did my strength routine and a 4 mile jog. I also didn’t drink any sugar today.

Today’s Exercise 

  • 4 mile jog
  • QTY 8 ea. sets of QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • QTY 5 ea. sets of QTY 25 ea. body weight squats
  • QTY 2 ea. sets of the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 30 boxer’s crunches
  • QTY 2 ea. set of QTY 20 ea. hypers (back exercise)

Breakfast:

  • “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with milk and blueberries
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
  • 2 cups of black coffee

Lunch: 

  • Half of a bagged salad (the salad said it had for servings) it had lettuce, cabbage, tortilla chips, cheese, and chipotle dressing
  • water

Dinner:

  • Half of a sweet potato and chili
  • water
