HealthyWage Challenge Day 71

This post was from yesterday. I made a small amount of ground back; although, I still consumed a lot of sugar. I’m going to try not to consume any sugar in the form of drinks until September as a challenge. That will be hard-earned accomplishment. For me, that is probably much harder to do than just going out and running for an hour every day.

Today’s Exercise 

  • 4 mile jog
  • Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 30 boxer’s crunches

Breakfast:

  • “Oats & more with almonds” cereal with milk and blueberries
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
  • 2 cups of black coffee

Lunch: 

  • chili and half of a sweet potato
  • 1 gallon of Arnold Palmer drink

Dinner:

  • 2 eggo waffles with a banana and peanut butter
  • 2 cups of black coffee
