This is post is actually for yesterday. I forgot to post an update. My downfall was pizza. Pizza, soda, and sweet tea are like my biggest vices in this.

Today’s Exercise 

  • QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • QTY 25 ea. body weight squats
  • 2 mile jog
  • QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • QTY 25 ea. body weight squats
  • QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 40 ea. push-ups

Breakfast:

  • 1 bowl of strawberry Frosted Mini Wheats with whole milk
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
  • 2 cups of black coffee
  • water

Lunch: 

  • 1 hot dog with salsa
  • some raw spinach and arugula
  • cherries

Dinner:

  • A personal 10″ pizza from Blaze
  • 2 cups of soda
