I forgot to log yesterday (Day 59). The only junk food I ate yesterday was two 16 oz teas (56 grams of sugar total). I ate the usual breakfast, a Greek Salad for lunch and Salmon with potatoes for dinner. Today, however, I ate some junk food for dinner (two slices of pizza and 1 and half sodas). It was my strength day today. I did my 2 mile walk and the usual strength building exercises. I was probably on pace to set my lightest weight record for the challenge tomorrow before I ate that pizza.

Breakfast:

  • Oats and Honey Cereal with blackberries and whole milk

Lunch: (yesterday’s leftover dinner)

  • Salmon cooked in olive oil (with lime juice, rosemary, and basil)
  • Half of a Japanese sweet potato (it tasted like a regular potato and was white inside, maybe it was false advertising) I cooked this in olive oil to after slicing it, and I ate it with salt and vinegar.

Dinner:

  • 2 slices of Brooklyn (Flippin’ Pizza) it has sausage and pepperoni and I think mushrooms
  • 1 and a half cups of Cherry Vanilla Coke
  • 2 Cups of Black Coffee (when I got home…as dessert I guess…I don’t know why)
  • water
