My starting weight was 165.4 lbs; so, I have to make it down to 149.4 lbs to earn my winnings. I have no doubt that I can do it, but I plan to document my success in case I can serve as a model or inspiration for somebody else. Below is how I looked like at start. I don’t really need to lose weight, but I am doing it mainly for the money. Also, the running is kind of like good meditation for me and will help build, or re-image, my discipline. Despite the fact that I am thin, my visits to the doctors have poor readings for blood pressure, cholesterol  and triglycerides when I don’t exercise and I continue to eat poorly.

Meals Yesterday:

Breakfast:

  • 1 Bowl of Quaker Maple Oatmeal Squares with Black Raspberries and Milk
  • 1 Glass of milk
  • 2 Cups of Black Coffee

Lunch:

  • 1 Bowl of Maryland Crab Soup
  • 1 liter of Ginger Ale

Dinner:

  • 3 Ears of Corn
  • 3 Slices of Turkey
  • Water to Drink

Exercise:

I did a run that I have been running pretty regularly of recent; however, I added a little “needle hole” extension on to it.

I didn’t time it, and I usually don’t.
