Today was my strength day. I also had a Dunkin Donuts sweet drink. I consider that “cheating”. I may have to get more strict on the sugar intake if I don’t continue loosing weight.

Dinner:

  • Salmon
  • 2 carrots
  • Half of a potato
  • Water
  • unsweetened green and chamomile tea.
