I did a little bit more exercise today since it was a strength day. I think I may get back into jogging or at least walking next week. I think it is even better for the mind than it is the body.

Today’s Exercise (not in order)

  • QTY 2 ea. sets of QTY 25 ea. body weight squats
  • QTY 2 ea. sets of  the Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.
  • QTY 6 ea. sets of QTY 40 ea. push-ups
  • QTY 30 ea. boxer crunches

Breakfast:

  • Oats and Honey Cereal with blackberries and whole milk
  • A glass of Whole Milk
  • Green Tea with maple syrup and honey
  • Water

Lunch:

  • Salmon and some romaine lettuce
  • Yerba Mate Tea with maple syrup and honey
  • Water

Dinner: (Dinner was DELICIOUS)

  • Eggo Waffle with maple syrup and blueberries
  • A glass of whole milk
  • Yerba Mate Tea with maple syrup and honey
