Breakfast:

  • Oats and Honey Cereal with blackberries and whole milk
  • A glass of Whole Milk
  • Yerba Mate Tea with maple syrup and honey
  • Water

Lunch:

  • Taco Salad (Ground turkey, romaine lettuce, cheese and salsa)
  • Yerba Mate Tea with maple syrup and honey
  • Water

Dinner:

  • Eggo Waffle with Peanut butter and blueberries
  • A glass of whole milk
  • Yerba Mate Tea with maple syrup and honey
