I maintained my weight, and I did some light exercise today. The toe feels a little better, but I will still take tomorrow off from running. Although, I was thinking about taking a walk.

Today’s Diet:


  • 1 Green Apple with peanut butter. (I peeled the skin off of the apple because I didn’t know if it was waxed)
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
  • 1 Cup of Green Tea unsweetened.
  • Water


  • A spicy tuna roll
  • Yerba Mate Revel Berry 15 oz. tea (about 28 grams of sugar)
  • Water


  • A salad (green leafy  vegetables, half of a cucumber, half of an avocado, mushrooms, and hot salsa (it said it was fresh made))
  • 1 Enlighten Mint tea 15 oz (about 28 grams of sugar)
  • 1 Cup of green tea unsweetened.
