I ran 13 miles today. The sidewalk monster tried to get me with a toenail tackle. I broke the tackle, but I near broke my toe also.  I think I just jammed it pretty bad. The top of it is bruised, but I can still walk around alright, and I finished my run.

AM

  • 13 mile run
  • Anderson Ab workout. You can check out the post from Day 2 if you aren’t familiar with it.

Today’s Diet:

Breakfast:

  • 1 Bowl of Oats and More cereal with strawberries and whole milk
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
  • 1 Cup of Green Tea unsweetened
  • Water

Lunch:

  • A Greek Salad. It was a pretty large salad, but not quite as large as the one that I ate yesterday. I put a lot of green olives on it; so, I don’t know how healthy it was.
  • Water

Dinner (have not had it yet, but this is my plan):

  • 1 half of a chicken breast pan fried/cooked in coconut oil seasoned with adobo and sazon. I was a huge piece; so, I figured I should cut it in half.
  • 1 half of an eggplant. I cooked it in the same pan once the chicken was done, and I ate it with marinara sauce.
  • Water
  • 1 Cup of Green Tea unsweetened
