HealthyWage Challenge Day 20

Weight 158.8 lbs.

I ran 13 miles (104 minutes) today. That’s a new mileage high for me during this challenge. My legs were beat by the end. Then, I did my strength training; I had to cut out the leg part after the first set. After all of that, I tried to jam out on the ukulele a little bit, but I was gassed. I had to pass out and take a nap for about 2 hours. The scene of the run was when somebody’s pet bird squawked at me. I saw a guy chilling out on his patio, and I gave him the peace sign; then, I hear a strange “RAHHHHH” noise. I thought maybe he had a strange bird call, but then I saw a white bird hanging out with him on the railing.

Today’s Diet:

Breakfast:

  • 1 Bowl of Oats and More cereal with blueberries and whole milk
  • 1 Glass of whole milk
  • 1 Cup of Green Tea unsweetened
  • Water

Lunch:

  • A salad with some type of seeds on it, some purple and yellow tortilla chips, and some type of dressing that I don’t know what it was.
  • Water

Dinner:

  • A beef brisket burger and grilled peppers and onions
  • Water
  • 1 Cup of Green Tea unsweetened
