Weight: 157 lbs. I ran another 2 hours today. I felt pretty good when I woke up despite not getting 8 hours of sleep (I’m not sure that barely ever do, but I only got about 6 last night); however, my legs, my knees, and the tops of my feet have been sore ever since I finished my run. Weight: 152.4 lbs. Today was a pretty complete day. It had its share of positives and a few negatives. I did some exercise, and I exercised the option to partake in vices. I received and embraced some opportunities with gratitude, and perhaps I missed few opportunities. So, overall, it was a pretty complete day, and I’m pretty happy about that. Weight: 151.4 lbs. Today was pretty similar to yesterday, but I got home late and didn’t feel like making dinner; so, I ate another bowl of cereal.
